i made this and then realized that imgur is a pretty disgusting platform for artists so i have no use for it

takes (html/blog) generated links from imgur and changes the .pngs and .jpgs to .webms (not actually, just the link changes to trick imgur to not redirect) and changes .gifs to .gifvs (sometimes doesnt redirect sometimes does. gifs suck)
also removes title="source: imgur.com" and adds target="_blank" to the link
